Nubank raised a $400 million Series G at a $25 billion valuation.
Melio, an Israeli back-end system for business supplier payments, raised $110 million.

Canada’s payment processing platform Paystone raised C$69 million in equity and debt.
Pilot raised a $60 million Series C to build CFO tools for small businesses.
French startup Alma raised a $59.4 million Series B to build a buy-now-pay-later service.
iStox, a Singaporean platform for making private equity investments more accessible, raised a $50 million Series A.
Payroll infrastructure startup Check raised a $35 million Series B from investors including Stripe.
Home lending startup Roostify raised a $32 million Series C.
Token, a UK payments platform, raised a $15 million Series B.
Digital banking transformation provider Apiture raised $10 million in new funding.

Fintech
Payments firm Flywire is planning a US IPO this year at a valuation of up to $3 billion.
ATM operator Cardtronics accepted a $2.5 billion takeover bid from NCR.
Mortgage lender Home Point Capital set terms for an IPO.
The Luxembourg Stock Exchange acquired a 22.8% stake in data handling company Tetrao.
Consumer credit provider Synchrony will acquire point-of-sale financing solution Allegro Credit.
Coinbase announced that it will IPO via direct listing.
Bank
Aadhar Housing Finance, an Indian lender backed by Blackstone, filed for a $1 billion IPO.
Investment Management
Envest Capital Partners acquired financial advisor Bell & Williams Associates.
Mercer Global Advisors continued its acquisition streak with the purchase of Marrs Wealth Management.
SPACs
Residential solar lending platform Sunlight Financial will list through a merger with Spartan Acquisition Corp. II, at an enterprise value of $1.3 billion.
LMF Acquisition Opportunities priced a $90 million fintech-focused SPAC IPO.
Mobile Credit Payment will become the first fintech listed on the Singapore Exchange, through a merger with SPAC Artivision Technologies.
Former Credit Suisse CEO Brady Dougan, hedge fund Morgan Creek and fintech company Exos Financial are launching a SPAC ETF.
